FOOLK is a master of creative sampling and experiments with the sound. His music is a colourful trip into the world of micro-sampling, broken beats and purposefully damaged sound. Beat-maker FOOLK demonstrates to us what is meant by the wonky style. Genre-wise FOOLK leans towards glitch-hop, glitchotronica as well as dubstep or grime and crazy synth or playstation sounds. The fact that FOOLK is not only a studio-laptop project is proven by the numerous live appearances, where he presents his music on the unique musical instrument Monome.
